The Compass Group International, LLC is a private investment firm providing equity capital to small and middle market companies. The Compass Group provides funding for pursuit of growth opportunities, ownership changes and recapitalizations. The Compass Group acquires interests in a broad range of industries. Preferred investment size is $4.0 million to $30.0 million, although through our network of relationships, we are capable of consummating much larger financings.

The Compass Group typically invests alongside management, and often with other equity groups. The Compass Group invests primarily in companies that are based in North America and favors those which are significant participants in growing segments of the service, distribution and manufacturing sectors of the economy. The Compass Groups' single sponsor is the TK Foundation, an international foundation whose primary objective is contribution to philanthropic endeavors.
